”The staffs were really helpful”

”Room was big and comfortable and modern. The hotel is clean overall but the restaurant has a limited vegetarian menu and items listed on menu may not be available. The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. ”

”I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

”Vintage room was so spacious and very very comfortable.”

”This property is in the neighborhood you want to be. We actually moved from another hotel because it was too far away. Comfortable bed. Great view at value price. So happy we moved here.”

”Good clean rooms. Nice homely food. ”

”It’s really hard to find ”

”The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

”We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful family run haveli. We were warmly welcomed by the family/ staff upon arrival. The room was comfortable and air conditioned with private bathroom with shower. The property is beautiful and peaceful despite being in the midst of Old Town. We loved the rooftop restaurant with an incredible view that made us feel like we were right under the Mehrangarh Fort. The hotel is in a central location and is several minutes walk to Ghanta Ghar and the Blue...

”Everything was great, very heritage vibes , boutique property in centre of city Staff was very helpful”

”Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

”Chambre très ordinaire bien situé mais assez difficile à trouver Proche du fort mais sans plus.Demander un cafe a 8 heures am et me répondre qu’il est trop tôt .Sure que l’ont trouve mieux ailleurs pour le même prix”

”The staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. However, this hotel was in the old city of Jodhpur and the surroundings was very raw. Hotel has a very old building and we felt lack of proper ventilation during the stay. Certainly not worth the price, would not do it again. ”

”It need some repairs but it was ok”
