”Everything was wonderful except the front desk staff could all use some hospitality training. I’ve worked in hotels all my life with Radisson and holland America. We were taught that the front desk sets the tone for the stay. Just a smile and a kind word would make 100% difference and all the staff should be trained to do that”

”After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there.”

”Great value motel. Room was clean, and smelled good. The only complaint about it is that there were about two hairs found in the room: one on the shower wall, and on the bed sheets. Other than that the room was spotless. The mattress isn’t the most comfortable, but what can you expect for a place you can snag for $50-60 a night? No extra fees on top of the room price, just a $50 deposit they needed when you check in, which I think is pretty reasonable. I’d stay here again.”
