”Elevator needed vacuuming and stainless steel wiped down. Light out in bathroom and told staff, but bulb not replaced. Housekeeping opened our room without knocking!! Don’t know why, as didnt ask for room to be cleaned and you must tell front desk anyway first! New employee from Oregon, had just started 4 days before. He was so kind, and I hope he remains an employee for a long time. He was extremely kind and understanding! Thank you for hiring this gentleman!”

Apparently the carpet had been cleaned in the first room and it had not been designated as out of service in the system. The room was clean, quiet and in excellent condition and there was a good variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast. Overall...
