”Clean room and no issues”

”Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We didn’t even have any special needs, bit the guest service team was incredible…from check in to passing the housekeeping in the hall. Ayden especially was fantastic. Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona.”

”Excellent accommodations, clean, and perfect location. They did charge the $50 incidental fees charge to my credit card which I am told will be refunded. ”

”We asked for towels and trash bags and never received them. I had to go back down the next morning to get them from someone at the front desk. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and not 1 time did someone come and clean our room. We were gone everyday of our stay doing things. This is absolutely absurd. People at the front desks are rude or playing on their phones. Housekeeping is always on the floor but would rather be on their phones and balring their music or facebook. This is not how a...

”Loud music in room next door all night long. Staff told me I would be reimbursed for both of my rooms and I received 76.26 out of the over 200. ”

”Hotel was busy, lots of kids, but not noisy. Breakfast was well stocked and staff kept everything fresh and tables clean.”

”I loved the place and the town. The bed was very comfortable, and the tub was fun. What I liked the best was the house. There was so much to read and look at. I wish I had booked more nights. I will definitely stay again!”

” Overall stay was fine. Had The Flying Wallendas in the room above the first night, running back and forth until midnight and then one of them screaming and crying until 1 am (child I assume). Just fine the next two nights, the must have moved on to the next county. Room, staff, breakfast, parking all good. Real nice TV, but a very sparce and often stop motion satellite signal. Too bad. The set deserves better.”

”Very Nice and polite staff at the check in, clean room, Comfy beds, breakfast was good. The only part I didn’t like is having families around drinking and vaping at the pool and hot tub all of this did not give the place the vibes of relaxation and good spot for families with young children. ”

”Breakfast was spectacular. Elevator takes forever and is small; so plan on waiting or use stairs. Pet friendly. Pool was packed and the other guests were extremely rude, throwing items at my daughter causing severe welts and bruises. While this is not the hotels fault; there should be a max capacity for pool guests as it was so busy it was unenjoyable. Luggage carts are in the shape of a triangle and not sturdy, your luggage will fall right off. ”

”Cleanliness - the room was generally clean but definitely needed a deep clean (mold inside of sink, hair in shower, etc) Pool - clearly hadnt been whitewashed in weeks based on the amount of gunk under the no-slip mats and and staining/disrepair of components on the splash play area. Staff - all were kind and helpful House keeping was slow to return the one bathroom to functioning in the pool area. I didnt have anyone in to clean during my stay (by my choice) Breakfast- great selection and...

”You get what you get with this price. Don't have high expectations. Sheets were dirty and shower was gross. There was a weird alarm before we went to sleep. We didnt bother to go for breakfast but left as soon as possible. Without the gross shower it wouldve been average stay in the states. ”
