”Quiet location outside of the city of Luxor, no traffic noise, peaceful and beautiful scenery located right along the Nile River! Very accommodating staff, polite and prompt service. Food was very tasty, dish’s all clean and overall a great experience very affordable! ”

Although this property is located in a rural area, it is quite urban in its design, featuring a modern, antique, and chic aesthetic in this boutique hotel. ”What's not to like? We returned to Hurghada after being dropped off at the GoBus terminal in central Luxor (15 mins) by Tut, the owner, on 25th March and after a really good 7 night stay. Attractions of this hotel are: It's small and comfortable but rooms are quite large, the roof terrace, offering great views including the early morning balloon flights together with breakfast, great personal service from Tut and his staff, nice meals with good choices, and peace. ”The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. ”

”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it .
