”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The...

”So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. The in-room phone didn’t work. They didn’t answer the WhatsApp number. So, every time there was an issue we had to send our kid to the main building to speed with the receptionist. They came to fix it twice. It did not remain fixed. I had a hard time sleeping. We were moved to another room it was decent. It...

”The rooms did no have towels in the bathroom. Air conditioner was not working over priced food. A lot o the items on the menu they were out of”

”We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view watching the hot air balloons and we sat in the roof area which is where we also had breakfast, having a quiet drink in the evening. We didn’t use the pool due to time but it was spotless clean and well maintained. The hotel manager and his staff were very friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend.”

”The staff were very friendly, the property was clean and the room service was amazing. The only thing I would comment on is the pool needed a little bit more cleaning but with how hot it is we did not care. This one minor blip didn’t ruin anything for us and we would highly recommend. It’s in good walking distance to places as well.”
