”Quiet location outside of the city of Luxor, no traffic noise, peaceful and beautiful scenery located right along the Nile River! Very accommodating staff, polite and prompt service. Food was very tasty, dish’s all clean and overall a great experience very affordable! ”

”Our room was very nice. The overall interior and landscape design of Al Wadi is very charming. Although this property is located in a rural area, it is quite urban in its design, featuring a modern, antique, and chic aesthetic in this boutique hotel. All I can say is that we were pleasantly surprised by Al Wadi. ”

”The hotel is still under construction. But the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was surprised at how fast the Wi-Fi was. Breakfast is delivered to your room. And what made me happiest was that there was cold beer in the refrigerator, available at Egyptian prices.”

”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The...

”We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel in Luxor, run by the warm and welcoming Mohammed. The highlight has to be the rooftop lounge — the views overlooking the Valley of the Kings are simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The food was delicious, with a great selection that kept us coming back for every meal. ”The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. ”

”Gorgeous architecture! The staff was delightful and the owner, a charming lady from Manchester gave us the best advice to facilitate our visit to the Valley of the Kings. The cost was very affordable considering the quality of the rooms and all the amenities. We would stay there again for sure”

Niché dans une zone rurale et calme, ce petit hôtel propose tout ce dont on a besoin: propreté des chambres, terrasses multiples, une cuisine simple mais de qualité, piscine, billard, ping pong.... et surtout un personnel aux petits soins, très reactif. Nous nous y serions volontiers installés pour plusieurs semaines! ”
