”Not definately at par with the rating on your site. Musky smell in the hotel and room, outdated rooms and towels etc did not have ”fresh” scent. Strongly recommend changing the rating to 2-3 stars maximum. Comparing to Residence close by rating is off by 2.0 points atleast.”

”Our room was very clean as it was last time we stayed here. The staff, especially Sarah and Lucas were very helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in our room and appreciated the small couch as we had a cousin visit with us. The parking lot is easy to access and there was adequate parking for everyone. ”My only complaint was the coffee service was at 0700. The next time I stay in Helena I would love to stay here again. I have usually stayed right off the freeway and this is the first time I have ever, in 50 years, ever stayed downtown. The rooms were very nice and the front desk person was very helpful and friendly. There is a microwave so next time I will bring a package of instant coffee. Highly recommend staying here.”
