We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle! The location was great and made it easy to explore the city. The property was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing to note is that the place had a slightly older feel, but overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and great service. We would recommend it to others visiting Seattle!

The smell in corridors was awful. Corridors were not clean and walls had broken corners etc. Location is good and beds okay.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were most helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location for attending an event at Benaroya Hall.

Pros: Great location, comfortable room, fine restaurant. Cons: $30+/night amenities fee for things like the fitness room even if you don't use it use it. WiFi is open-no password-so anyone in range can use it. Don't use it without VPN. Even if it had a password, VPNs are a must. Inadequate bandwidth. During the day and evening the internet is too slow (1 Mbps) and drops constantly. Only in the middle of the night, when most users are asleep, do you get useable speed (15 Mbps) and no drops. We had to use our cell service.

Housekeeping missed our room one day and didn’t come until I called them around 5:30pm another day. This was the only soft spot.
