”Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds comfy. Breakfast was good. Pool looked nice, but we didn’t go in. The lobby was a nice place to connect with friends. Staff was helpful, courteous and friendly.”

”I had written one wish to reservation prior to arrival: a non-smoking room is important (kid has astma). Arrived in the evening for 2 nights, and room stank terribly of cigarette smoke. Returned to front desk, explained situation and asked for another room. Not available. Asked for any kind of room. Not possible. Asked for cleaning staff, some spray, anything. Not available. Asked front desk lady to call someone to find spray or cleaning staff or manager or whatever. She said she didn't have any...
