”When we checked in and requested an upper level room for security purposes (we preferred not to have 2 separate entrances into the room), we were rudely told that the hotel was full but found out by checking Expedia at the same time that there was availability at the hotel. We were then told about the no smoking and no vaping rule. However, upon entering our outdated and somewhat raggedy room, the smell of cigarette smoke filled the air. ”The property is well run, well maintained and reasonably priced. I have stayed at the property several times. The road noise can be a lot at times. The other challenge is the room furniture. The chairs are on the smaller side and uncomfortable for more than a few minutes of sitting if you are on the bigger side.”
