”Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels. I myself went and got Lysol disinfected wipes, and anti-microbacterial spray and cleaned the room myself talk to staff about getting the sheets changed and the floor is...

”Drive 10 hours to get there at 12:00 ask if our room was ready told it wasn’t. She said she would call me when it was ready and never did. When I went back 2 hours later she said oh let me check and it just so happened to be ready. I don’t know if they put dogs on all the floors which I wasn’t aware pets were even allowed. But there was barking all day and into the night. Just a horrible stay ”

”They billed my credit card 325 dollars. I already paid you for the room. If this does not get rectified I will never use your travel service again”

”The property and staff were fine. TV didnt work. Mattresses were so old that the springs litterally dug into our backs at night. Awful sleeping experience. ”

”poor management low staffs no one on front desk to give us the keys they left keys on front desk with R00M # Put their customers In Danger and at risk any one pick the keys no security on floor any one walk in to lobby this the second time they did last time bath room was not clean not review properly need better security standards any one hide in the room get heart this is serious”

”Our stay was ok. I usually have a better experience with Holiday inn. The pool was under maintenance and they did not inform us before we booked. One of my main reasons for booking that hotel was because of the indoor pool. The AC did not work very well so the room was warm. The beds were not the best. The sheets were clean but housekeeping does not keep up with the dust. They also tries to charge my card three times. ”

”Refrigerator made noise the whole stay, room was clean and comfortable, staff was very nice people. But however i was needing to extend my stay one more night for work and the price went over three times what I paid per night. I understand prices goes up and down but It went from almost what I paid for the whole week for one night. ”
