”Toilet plugged, staff smoke in the lobby!”

”Room didn’t look anything like the picture. Plain gray room with cement walls. No pictures hanging. Floor was extremely dirty. We were traveling with an 11 month old and after being in the car all day I let her crawl around for a few minutes in the room. Within minutes her pants and feet were almost black. No bathtub which was showed in photos. We were put in a joining room next to a room that had 5 grown men yelling at each other and slamming doors. Also they advertised free breakfast but...

”Overall the stay was fine, but the hotel suffered from few problems: 1. The water stream at the room sink was very Low. 2. The place for breakfast is very tight and there is not much tables. 3. The hot water at the breakfast was not boiling. 4. There was bad smell at the hotel entrance. 5. We were missing the ice machine at the third floor. It is only at 1 and 2 floors.”

”I’ve never witnessed a hotel in such disgusting disrepair. I’m honestly almost speechless at the state off the room and property. Pillows had mold growing in them, bathroom was filthy, the sheets had old stains (possibly blood?), the list goes on and on. Do. Not.Stay.Here.”

”Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem.”

”Room was clean, beds were comfy. We specifically selected a hotel with a pool so our 2 kids could swim and get some energy out on our roadtrip, but the pool was not good. The entire pool room was so hot it was like a sauna, the water was not clear at all, and was so warm it felt like a hot tub. The hot tub water was cooler than the pool water. Breakfast was included which was great, breakfast area was clean and fully stocked, staff was great.”

”Reserved a room..didn't get it They claimed that the rate was an Internet glitch.. Well if so they should inform the guest before we drive 4 hours there. ”

”I have stayed BW Hotel 5 or 6 times, this was not a good breakfast. the sausage was hard as a rock, and just above room temp, the eggs and potatoes were not enjoyable. The coffee was located next to the food so everybody was crowded together. Also there was no place to drop off used plates and silverware. Dinner the night before was Very enjoyable!! ”

”Nice little older style hotel that has been renewed. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was it was noisy beside the old main road with traffic but that eventually settled. Definitely would recommend. Budget friendly”

”Not a place I’d recommend unless you are on an extremely tight budget. The buildings (multiple and somewhat confusing) are musty and the rooms are comfortable but not the cleanest or newest. It did its job for the night, passing through but there are many other choices nearby.”

”This felt like checking into and staying at a Marriott. Everything about it was top shelf. Staff very helpful.”

”Room with so unclean. Dirty floors and fleas. Non smoking room but had clearly been heavily smoked in!!! After a 12 hour drive, I could not relax or rest. I felt so uncomfortable!! My 3 year old seemed stressed and uncomfortable as well!!! :( Never again!!!!”
