”I loved the size of the room and the comfort of the king-sized bed. The bathroom, and especially the shower, was sparkling clean. It was a bit shocking that the automatic lights popped on with violent brightness at 3 AM when I walked into the bathroom, which startled both me and my partner, who was still in bed. Since that was the only undesirable aspect, I would definitely say there wasn’t any reason to choose this property again and again. ”

”Nice property with friendly and helpful staff. Safe area, clean rooms, comfortable bed with a variety of pillows. As a motel, neighbors like to sit outside on walk in their folding chairs - very social. Breakfast included makes the Green Tree Inn a great value.”

”the bed, tub and kitchen were very clean, but the carpet was all-over sticky, and I assume this is because people with pets have allowed the pets to use the carpet. Most of the other "guests" in the building gave the appearance it was being used as a homeless shelter or half-way house, and every time I came in, I kicked a rock away that was being used to prop open the door so anyone could come in. Never again.”

”The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...
