”We were in Pune for a wedding. Stayed 5 nights. Service was excellent at reception, restaurant, and bar. A nice large room, comfortable bed, with all amenities. Hotel in good location for old city”

”The hotel and room were clean, room was spacious.
Breakfast should start at 7 AM, first mornings of my staying everything wasn't ready until 7:20. Later mornings breakfast was almost ready at 7.
Extremely annoying western pop music startet every morning around 7 and same record/ song was still playing (too loud) when I came back to hotel at the evening. Same song/ record playing all 10 days what my staying lasted.
Not very nice surroundings, but it is India.
Wi-fi was miserable. Good enough...

”I had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request. ”
