”We stayed for a the state tournament champoinship. The lobby was nice and clean and he pool looked nice. One of the elevators were broken but things happen. When we got to the room, we noticed what seem to be dog hair on some of the counter tops and more on the window, dog food under the table and browned tags from clothes behind the door as if there for a while. Also the following day after cleaning service, we noticed a used what seemed to be a zen pouch (tobacco product) in the lounge chair...

”We have stayed at this property multiple times. The rooms are clean and we felt safe. It does feel like it’s time for the property to be invested in. Painting is peeling from almost all doors, rust in the shower basin, etc.”

”Very nice property; clean room; staff very helpful & attentive. Renovated recently and looked great. Easy parking. I was unable to set or change the temp on the A/C unit and it was quite warm in our room. I reported it at check-out & I’m sure they’ll handle the necessary repair. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.”

”The property was in terrible shape! Mold and mildew in our room.”

”The TV did not work in my room. They tried very hard to take care of it but was told needed another box for it which would have took days to get. They couldn't move me because they were booked. Going to request credit so I'll inform everyone. They tried their hardest.”

”It was clean. Staff was friendly and the lady running the breakfast was always willing to get what was needed. Pool could use some maintenance”

”Bed sheets were stained. Hot water was dangerously and extremely too hot at a dangerous level above Health Agency recommendations”

”Pleasantly surprised. Place looked newly renovated. Staff was super sweet! Quiet room! Would definitely stay here again. Lots of places to shop nearby.”

”When this reservation was booked it was for 2 rooms with 2queen beds and 1 room with a king-size bed. We go 3 rooms with king-size beds and that made the arrangements for us very awkward. Because we had to 16 year old boys who had to shar a king-size bed. We had a mother and daughter and another 15 year old girl, who had to share a king-size bed, This was not acceptable. However, we had no choice but to take them because this hotel and all others around were full.”

”We were not told the elevator was not working until after we checked in. It created a big challenge to getting our luggage in and out”

”We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.”
