”Cute property”

”We really enjoyed Lazy Creek Cottage. It was the perfect weekend for our son’s Univ of SC and we loved staying in the Chapin/ Lake Murray area. The property was impeccably clean and the location idyllic overlooking the lake. We used the paddle boards and the hot tub. Jesse, the property manager was great. We would stay here again. ”What a great last minute trip with the boat and doggies on beautiful Lake Murray!!! Thanks so much Robert for the great clean space and the ease of it all! Thoroughly enjoyed our selves boating and dinning all in walking distance.Great little community.”

”What you see and read is what you get. Fantastic is all that needs said.”

”The pictures of the house are heavily filtered. It says newly renovated but it is literally falling apart. The beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced as well. The walls have holes from what looks like someone trying to find a stud with a nail. The place was clean but the walls are stained. The biggest thing was the floor in the bathroom area was severely rotted to the point of falling through. I tried to contact the management company and got nothing but automated responses....

The inside of the home was clean, and it matched the listing. The location worked well for our group, and we enjoyed our time there!!However, I do think future guests should be aware that the property could benefit from better maintenance. The outdoor areas, particularly the dock and steps, have several rotted boards. One other thing to be...

”Easy check-in process, really helpful hosts and a great property! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious stay with great views on Lake Murray. The only comment I have is that the rooms got hot at night upstairs so maybe bring a fan if you are a hot sleeper like we are.”

”This neighborhood is sketch. The houses next door look like they are about to fall apart and have backyards full of junk and trash. We were legitimately nervous someone would break in and steal our dogs. We pulled up to this house and it had a mailbox stuffed full and an Amazon package on the front steps. It was very confusing. The front porch is filthy and not just because it’s pollen season. It hasn’t been rinsed off in probably a year (photo)There are cigarette butts strewn all over the...
