This is a quiet residential building with tenants below. Please be respectful of noise and shared spaces.

Key Policies
• No Smoking/Vaping anywhere on the property (indoors, common areas, or turf) — $1000 fine
• Check‑In: 4:00 PM (Early check‑in $50/hr)
• Check‑Out: 10:00 AM (Late check‑out $50/hr)
• Only registered guests may stay overnight
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

General Rules
• Children must be supervised
• No moving furniture or tampering with electronics
• Turn off lights & appliances when leaving
• No mail delivery, pets, or pre‑check‑in bag storage

Prohibited Activities
• No parties, events, photoshoots, or crypto mining
• Excessive utility use may incur fees

Additional Notes
• Booking holder must be 25+ and present for the entire stay
• Respect neighbors and shared spaces
• Deposit may be retained for rule violations
