The space
🏡This is a private 2nd floor apartment in a 2-family home, we live in the downstairs apartment below but you have full privacy unless you need anything.

8️⃣The apt can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. 1 King sized bedroom that has its own private bathroom, his and her closet space. 2 queen sized beds with own closet, and the smaller bedroom with a twin mattress. The living room soda is a pullout that turns into a queen also.

🧑‍🍳 The apt features a modern kitchen equipped with cooking essentials, spices, pots & pans, glasses, cutlery+utensils as well as a coffee nook with complimentary coffee & tea.

🧺 A dedicated washer and dryer is located in the basement of the house for your laundry needs, free of charge. Please be aware that the basement is unfinished.

🚗 1 on-site parking space is available for NO additional fee, but we do ask to let us know in advance if you’d like to reserve it.

🔥❄️The unit has updated forced and central air and a digital thermostat you can control to your comfort.

📺 There are 3 TV’s throughout the apartment, 1 Smart HD TV in the living room and 2 other HD TVs with Roku in BR1 and BR2. You’ll have access to Verizon Fios high speed internet on a devoted network with upload & download speeds upto 400mbps.
