The kitchen had all amenities needed for our stay and it is located close to shops to buy food. Staff were also friendly. Negatives Although the apartment was overall clean, the cot (for which we had to pay for) had stains all over it. We also stayed in a town-facing apartment. ”We think that this is a really nice hotel. The food in the bar was excellent. It’s in a good location for exploring St Helier and beyond. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan. ”Had an excellent stay at the Dolphin Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were just super. Nothing was too much trouble and they could not have been more helpful. My room was very comfortable especially the bed. Will definitely return.”
