”The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better...

”The breakfast was 2 granola bars and juice, the doors would not close properly, no shower curtain, mice were running between rooms, walls were stained and it smelt like smoke. Wifi also non existent.”

”Staffs were friendly. Check in was fast. Rooms were big and spacious. At around 1:00am there was this drilling noise that came from the window. Woke us up multiple times. I recorded the noise and shared it with the front desk staff. She quickly moved us to a new room which we were able to sleep comfortably. First room wasn’t as cleaned. There were food scraps on the floor but the second room was cleaned well. Target was across the street so it was convenient to walk to instead of...

”Fabulous hotel from check-in to chexk-out!! Only wish they had a better option fro parking cars. We opted not to use the valet. Also the rooftop restaurant is terrific but the menu is a bit limited. Lorenzo was fantastic at the front desk. Thank you! ”

”Great hotel. Location is perfect for walking to bars & restaurants. Had nice breakfast options in the morning. Nice fitness center with plenty of cardio machines & free weights. Staff was very nice & accommodating. The rooms were big, clean, & full of amenities. The only downfall is parking. There is a garage a block away. You can pull up front to unload. Make sure you bring your parking ticket & the hotel will validate it & it will then only cost $10 per night. ”

”What I liked: a hard floor in the room (no gross carpeting), clean and well lit bathroom, comfortable beds. Suggestions: need more hooks or racks in the bathroom, an over head light in the room would be nice. The check in guy said breakfast started at 6 a.m. but it didn’t start till 6:30 a.m. so I can’t review it.”
