”Worst Experience — Not Worth the Money & Poor Support from Hotels.com Our stay in the family room was extremely disappointing. There was no furniture at all except one bed with just a bedsheet — no chairs, no table, nothing. When we questioned the hotel staff, they simply said, “The same photo is uploaded online,” which is misleading. There was no privacy either. The back door was made of MS sheet without any proper lock, and only after repeated requests did they tie it with a steel wire to...

”Property location is really nice with good views, food was good. Room needs bit of furnishing, as there were no wardrobes.. Slightly over priced compared to the amenities in the room. Hospitality was better when this hotel was called Manu Maharani, this time felt like corporate vibe with less personal touch.. More like money and profits.. Thanks”

”It is a decent property with good staff, delicious food. Some buildings of the property are under renovation so some nearby noise keeps troubling you. Location is good with complimentary shuttle service”

”Excellent heritage property surrounded by lush green trees with beautiful mountains in the distance. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast offered good variety, and the local dinner dishes were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the market.”

”Very good property with breathtaking views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to Vishali at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Her excellent hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing view, outstanding service, and a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Looking forward to staying here again!”

”We, family of 6 stayed there for 5 nights in dec21. Pros: 1. Spacious rooms with powerful heater in place. 2. Good breakfast. Dinner is lip smackingly delicious. 3. Great heritage properry. 4. Very good service Cons: 1. The approach road to the property is very very steep.”

”Friendly staff. Organic food. Cosy rooms. ”

”The view is mesmerising and the room size is way bigger than what looks like in the picture.”

”Everything is perfect one thing i didnt like its very interior imside d forest”

”Room is decent, staff is very good& dinner food menu is very good.”

”Staff were amazing, great place to visit. ”

”I have pictures of broken walls, stained and dirty bedsheets. Never stay here.”

”The property has a stunning view of the hills which will make you fall in love with it. However, our room had faulty switches because of which we couldn't turn on the geyser at all during our stay. Food was nice but a little on the expensive side.”

”Rummet var ganska bra.”

”Room was beyong our expectation. Staff was friendly and understanding. Best part was the peacefull environment. We enjoyed every second and food was good. A must stay place if you are visiting Nanital with family and specially kids.”

”This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!”

”The property is very old. There was no floor mat in the bathroom, if we open the shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Since there is no mat it's becoming messy. Night until 1AM there was some program happening outside. It was so noisy so couldn't sleep. They can improve cleanliness ”
