”Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. Simple, clean, great a/c, comfy. Only issue was with Expedia--the site went down, no reason given, and I was unable to access the door code when we first tried to check-in. I also never got the original check-in email from the host, but again, I put the blame for that on Expedia, as our host responded very...

”Very clean. Colleen was very sweet and will wash your dishes since there’s not a sink in the kitchenette. She lives in the main part of the house. There is only an air fryer, microwave and electric skillet in the closet. She will take care of anything you need. Can’t beat the price. And the pool is kept clean. ”
