”Sopii kokeneelle Etelä-Afrikan kävijälle. Johannesburgin keskusta on vaarallinen, ja siellä tulee AINA käyttää taksia, ellei varmasti tunne aluetta. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. The only problem was that the toilette & bathroom was not at all separated from the main room !! It was really unpleasant. It is not the fault of the hotel that Joburg is not not considered safe for tourists to walk around. We got good help from the staff to live with this problem - transportation, reservations, even walking with us to nearby places to take care of...

”Place could easily be a 7 or 8 if staff put in effort.
Room was advertised as having air-conditioning, a fan, shampoo and shower gel. It had none of those and at times got very hot.
Each day I had to ask for more towels and on one occasion I had to ration toilet paper because they had none.
Housekeeping is available but only when requested, and even then they did not restock towels or toilet roll.
Staff were often not available so I could not exit the compound to get things, often having to...
