”From when we arrived to when we left, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay, there were half term activities for the kids and extra swimming times. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant one evening, but was disappointed the other restaurant was closed. High tea and breakfast in the orchid room was great. Our room was spacious and very comfortable! Will definitely be visiting again. ”

”Room was huge with a large comfy king size bed. Plush dressing gowns and towels. Air con didn’t cool the room down very much and although I had a balcony couldn’t leave the door open as room was near the road. Not that you heard it with the door shut. Lovely hotel. Great location an beautiful views. ”

”The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. ”Yövyimme 1 yön majoituspaikassa. Kaikki sujui kuin rasvattu, huone oli siisti, sänky hyvä ja parkkipaikka löytyi huoneen edestä pihalta. Kävelymatka Windsorin keskustaan, lähes takapihalta lähti kiva nurmialue/puisto lenkkipaikaksi ja aamupala oli hyvä. Aivan 5/5 kokemus, suosittelen!”

”Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard. Overall I give 4/5 stars.”
