”It is a nice hotel for sure worth the money. It is not 5 stars but the breakfast is very close to 5 stars and the staff was 6 stars! Has very nice pool , it is the midst of green and if you take a garden room you have a small private garden”

”First time at this hotel and was very impressed. Everything was modern and clean, USB ports on each side of the bed, very powerful shower, huge towels. The staff (especially Rutie) were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa, but the gym was well-equipped and very modern. The hotel is very well located and on several bus routes making it very easy to get to most places in Jerusalem. More importantly it is far enough away from all the noise being created by the light rail...

”very disappointing as I was told there would be parking and there wasn't I was charged tax even though I have an American passport I didn't get my room that I specifically asked for and told me that they had then they had to change me rooms it was already night time I came to relax and ended up being aggravated I actually was ready to leave and go to different hotel but it was later ready and I was so tired I came in for a wedding so I had to go to the wedding even though I came to the hotel to...

”The bed boards were creaking so much it was hard to sleep. You cannot open the window without people from the street being able to get into the room (it is overlooking a corridor which is open for anyone to get in). There were severe internet issues throughout my stay, despite my request to fix it. You could hear the TV from the next room. Would not come back.”
