”During my stay Perth experienced 35-38 degree hot days. A gorgeous, lovely olde world type home (circa1910) but the Air conditioning was intermittent.
The owners were very friendly, the gardens beautiful, and they offer a cooked breakfast to guests from 8:00 - 9:00 am. I’m a night owl and missed brekkie but the B&B is just a few minutes from several cafes located in Kalamunda.”

”It was easy to find, but when we got inside it was smelling like cigarettes and curry. Even thebed sheets had that smell. We just needed an overnight place because we were travelling to Esperance. I didn't feel that it is clean enough for me to shower there, so we got there around 11pm and left the next morning at 7:30. I have stayed in so many better places for much cheaper.
