”This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic.
We had one interaction with the front office and she was absolutely...

”Great location and the lobby had a great atmosphere. Warm and inviting. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices like fruit with berries and breakfast taco makings. There appears to be a bar and Starbucks coffee options for purchase. Cold stone ice cream for purchase in the hotel store area. Inviting warm outside pool!”

”The lock on my door wouldn’t lock. Tried to tell the front desk but no one was there. A big black spot on the carpet. I couldn’t tell anyone because no one at the front desk. I hate leaving bad reviews because a few years ago it wasn’t as bad. The room also smelled like burnt Ramon noodles.”
