”Don't get room 210 or down that end of the hall if you care about wifi. It was terrible. The staff let me know, yet they still gave me the room..... Breakfast was spartan at best. I'm glad I brought my own. Wiping cloth left in my bathroom and toilet seat was broken. Still, the access is good, staff friendly and I truly believe they want to provide a good product.”

”The staff was great, loved that there wasn’t carpet in the rooms, breakfast was good, rooms overall clean except the mattresses. There obviously wasn’t mattress protectors or anything on them at any point and both of the mattresses in our room were about 80% pee stained. Which I understand. People have kids that have accidents but I always check our beds for bugs and gross stuff and I was shocked that it was in that sort of condition.”

The location is difficult to access.
There was a lot of construction, so we couldn't even access stairs or elevator in the area of breakfast. We had to head to the far end away from the breakfast, down the stairs, then go back.
The room was nice, the breakfast was good. Maybe it was just the timing of our visit, but communication of the construction would have been ideal since I was specifically looking for a pool with a...

”The room seemed pretty dirty upon entry. Staying there for a few days brought to light all of the issues. Stains on the sheets, scrapes on the walls, unfinished and damaged drywall, what appeared to be mold in the shower, broke tile, missing grout. All minor things that could be dealt with in a day or two. Add them all together and it just made for an unpleasant experience. The hot tub was over chlorinated.
