”The property was very clean and well maintained. Every staff member I came in contact with was so pleasant and friendly. I do wish there were different options for pillows — they were all down or some sort of down alternative and very airy, so as soon as you rest your head on them they were flat as a pancake. It would be nice if there were firmer options.”

”The hotel was nice and clean. The room was pretty loud while trying to sleep. There was a constant rumble on the floor below and someone was walking above throughout the night causing our wall to squeak a little. Staff was nice and no other issues. I just wouldn’t recommend room 206.”

”Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel.”

”Indoor pool was advertised but it was closed for renovations, they said it would open while I was there but then pushed it day by day and it never opened while I was there. The floor I was on was also under renovation with dirty carpets and electrical wires sticking out of the walls everywhere. Extremely loud banging from other guests constantly and even all night long for 3 nights. I told the staff and nothing happened. ”Good breakfast”

”Before we reserved our stay at the Hampton, we called to make sure there was no remodeling on the floor we could be staying on and that the pool and hot tub were open and available at the date of our stay. We were told everything was in proper order. After arriving a few days later the pool was closed for repairs. This was so frustrating because grandpa had two grandchildren who were anxious to swim after a long drive and for the grandparent because he then had to find a way to entertain them...

”Poor air conditioning. Floor needed repairs. Room needed painting. Bathroom sink needed repair . Plumbing in bathroom sink not working properly. Bed sheets so thin you could see thru them. The air conditioner made such a horrible noice and kept us awake.The air conditioning vents were filthy. The bath towels were paper thin and towels were old. It was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ”

”This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. ”They kept my $100 deposit because I didn't give them a good review, I only stayed in the hotel for 7 hours and didn't even get very good sleep with the noisy beds and being able to hear everyone in the hallway and all the cars outside. Plus the fan in the bathroom just squeeled, obviously had already been like that for sometime with how bad it sounded.”

”The room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. It is right off the freeway and there are lots of places to eat near by. Not totally updated, but a great value for the price. I’d definitely stay again.”

”The lock on my door wouldn’t lock. Tried to tell the front desk but no one was there. A big black spot on the carpet. I couldn’t tell anyone because no one at the front desk. I hate leaving bad reviews because a few years ago it wasn’t as bad. The room also smelled like burnt Ramon noodles.”
