”Nice hotel and clean. Enjoyed breakfast. Only complaint doors slammed loudly.”

”Is a nice property at a good price, but it took me until morning to figure out why a higher floor was more expensive (In a 4 floor bldg). I could hear every step from the early risers in the room above me. All other things were good. It is a nice place in a convenient location.”

I do wish there were different options for pillows — they were all down or some sort of down alternative and very airy, so as soon as you rest your head on them they were flat as a pancake. The floor I was on was also under renovation with dirty carpets and electrical wires sticking out of the walls everywhere. ”Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel.”

”Before we reserved our stay at the Hampton, we called to make sure there was no remodeling on the floor we could be staying on and that the pool and hot tub were open and available at the date of our stay. We were told everything was in proper order. After arriving a few days later the pool was closed for repairs. This was so frustrating because grandpa had two grandchildren who were anxious to swim after a long drive and for the grandparent because he then had to find a way to entertain them...

”They have the best hotel breakfast I've had in Utah. Everything was clean, the food was fresh and well-stocked, and there was always plenty of variety. We keep returning because the property is accessible for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks. Although our usual two-bedroom suite was unavailable and we were initially assigned the wrong room, the front desk fixed the issue right away.
