”A very clean hotel, excellent rooms, and truly kind and helpful staff.”

”Friendly staff. Quick check in. Clearly each employee (staff) showed interest in my well being and satisfaction. I had a desk lamp light bulb go out. They responded quickly to remedy the issue. Rooms very spacious, comfortable.”

”The breakfast was good. The coffee tasted very bitter. The room was a handicap accessible room. The made took the chair off on the bathtub and my mom could not take a shower for the lastnight. The front desk would not put the chair on. The front desk had a couple of people who were helpful. The majority of the staff had an attitude. Three different women who were very rude. Two of the four nights my mom could not take a shower. They switched the room and made us wait until almost 430pm the next...

”This is the only one I stay at when I go up north and it was great again. The only thing that was an issue is my internet kept knocking me off and for some reason, this specific Hampton has crappy internet services. But other than that, everything is a plus! Please change the name to Michelle on this, not Steven!”

”The variety of foods for breakfast was excellent. It had also some nice healthy options.”

”The room was messy both times I stayed here (hair in the shower, stuck on poop in the toilet, floor not swept). But the overall room and hotel were great. ”

”Shower was not being cleaned thoroughly, the tracks had build up. Room showed some wear and tear, baseboards were peeling off. Good breakfast and overall decent facility though.”

”Facility was very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was very kind. The only problem that we experienced was that the walls are super thin! Our neighbors were very inconsiderate with playing music, or maybe it was that they were watching their tv loudly and that they kept going in and out of their room multiple times, (door slamming constantly) until around 3:30 am! Don't know why someone would go in and out of their hotel room that many times throughout one night... It was very...

”Very very noisy could hear everything going on in room next door. The bar next door was so loud that our window was vibrating from the music till midnight. ”

”Breakfast was amazing. Hot tub was perfect. Maidservice was the best.”

”Mold on the shower, broken knob and filth on the heat unit. Thin blankets, towels were tiny, and only two provided. Service was fine, no problems, but no real service energy or mindset either. Overall, not impressed, but it was a place to sleep. ”

”The staff is top notch we ran into a problem with our TV they did everything they could to fix the problem but couldn't gave us a new room and helped us move our stuff to the new room. Will definitely stay there again”
