”Loved the hotel for the most part. My husband and I shared a room with our 2 young adult children. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and responsive. My biggest issue was the frosted glass bathroom door that didn’t lock properly (it had a lock but we couldn’t get it to work). We had to announce to the group when we were going to the bathroom, showering, or changing so no one would look in that direction or walk in. Not a great design choice for a room with multiple beds. ”

”Staff is super friendly. Getting into the parking can be a bit of a challenge as the entrance is a bit awkward. Plenty of places to eat that are within walking distance if you dont mind hoofing it.”

”This hotel is alright. Nothing fancy. They do have a restaurant and bar downstairs for food. An ok fitness center, and a small indoor pool. It’s close to the freeway and restaurants but my okay rating comes from what you get for your money compared to other places nearby. We booked 2 hotel rooms for this stay at two different hotels. ”The ice machines were broken, the breakfast was limited and the elevators broke for a period of time but the rooms were clean and it’s a really fun lobby. ”

”I stay here everytime I am traveling through Utah and always refer friends and family to them for reasons being - friendly staff and I truly appreciate it’s always the same front staff welcoming me each time I stay. Location is perfect and quiet yet close to every thing! Hotel is always clean and breakfast is great! I will continue to stay here for future trips even if I’m at an event on other side of town in West Valley. ”

”The room was wonderful--clean, nicely appointed, and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful. And the HVAC worked perfectly. We saw kids in the hallway and at breakfast. But we did not hear them while in our room. And we couldn't hear the coming and going late in the evening or early in the morning. Perfect! The pool was warm. The breakfast was okay. The hot food selection was not wonderful, with only hot oatmeal and scrambled eggs. It's the one thing that this hotel could improve on.”

”This place needs an update. It is wearing out and doesn’t look the best. It was disgusting. Our light in our bathroom was full with bug. The fold out bedding to our pullout bed from the couch was disgusting Also, breakfast was incredibly terrible It was way overcooked and tasted nasty Nothing was swept up or cleaned in the dining area. I had to ask for a table to be wiped off and she wiped it off and there was still stuff all over. I had to tell her where to wipe also, there was food all over...
