”Indoor pool was advertised but it was closed for renovations, they said it would open while I was there but then pushed it day by day and it never opened while I was there. The floor I was on was also under renovation with dirty carpets and electrical wires sticking out of the walls everywhere. ”Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel.”

”My bed was full of dog hair. When I informed the staff they did not clean my room, they only changed the sheets. My wife spent the entire stay (10 days) sick with asthma and cough. If the place accepts pets, they should clean well or at least not mix the rooms. I didn't expect to have such a bad time in a new place. Also I didn't like that the room was not cleaned in the 10 days we stayed. I don't recommend it at all.”

”They have the best hotel breakfast I've had in Utah. Everything was clean, the food was fresh and well-stocked, and there was always plenty of variety. We keep returning because the property is accessible for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks.
