”The hotel and room were very clean and maintained. The bed was hard and I had a difficult time getting comfortable. We also started hearing doors slam at 6 am and it didn’t stop. We didn’t seem to get restful sleep after a late night.”

”5 stars across the board with one exception -- the water pressure on the shower head in two different rooms was less than I prefer.”

”I enjoyed the stay at the Hyatt Place. The room was nice and I liked the layout with the couch on one side and the beds on the other side. The breakfast had decent options. The staff made it easy to check in and out and the parking was plentiful.”

”The room we got was terrible. The room wasn’t clean when we got there. There was pee all over the bathroom floor. The water in the sinks never got hot. Not enough towels not enough blankets . The room smelled terrible. Went to use the oven and it smelled like roach spray was sprayed all over it. It said on their end that I ordered a handicap room but on my side it didn’t say that. It looked like the shoved us in the oldest room there that no one uses right in the corner next to the basketball...
