”The hotel looks more like a motel. There are people living there, and as soon as you arrive it smells strongly like cigarettes and marijuana. You can call and call, and no one answers. The room itself is clean, but it still smells a lot like marijuana. The jacuzzi’s water handle is broken, so you can’t turn the water on properly. The only good thing is pets friendly and it’s free ”

”The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast buffet is pretty good in comparison.
The hotel was relatively new but the water pressure seemed very weak for a newer property. We tried adjusting the shower head to every setting but it was still weak. The bathroom sink water pressure was very low too.
The location was good with many stores & amenities nearby.

”staff was amazing and attentive as much as possible.
missing ceiling tiles, broken water leak stained ceiling tiles. 2nd night out heater/ac unit was in cooling set to 73 with fan in auto. woke up 3:30am, room was 67 degrees and unit not responding to thermostat commands. at 4-4:30 went to front desk to see if they had main breaker access. NO. suggested moving rooms with all our stuff and our kid. i walked away without saying a word as she was respectful and not her fault. spent another 20 mins...
