”When I got to my room, the interior lock/bar was in place, so I could only open the door a few inches. Instead of giving me a different room, the lady at the desk had the maintenance man come over and break into the room. The maintenance man was about to leave with the piece that he had just broken, handing loose on the door. I asked him to tighten it, and he did. I would not stay here again.
