I flew in to ANC at 01:30 AM the air shuttle guy and the front desk lady were fantastic. Friendly and helpful.

They need complimentary coffee in the lobby for early risers. There is no coffee in the lobby. The restaurant had a cold breakfast buffett. No cook the entire time; the buffet was the only option. Had to drive to downtown Anchorage for breakfast.
