”Beautiful hotel, fantastic restaurant on site "Siena". Room was beautiful but TV did NOT work, kept tuning out and staff not able to fix. Would be great if they offered daily breakfast not just weekends. Lobby is lovely, staff is very attentive!”

”The hotel has a classic and stylish interior, original and respecting Yale university’s heritage. I loved it, as you feel part of Yale’s legacy. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very limited, that’s the only minus.”

”A very good hotel centrally located in New Haven/Yale. The Yale area provided for a super beautiful evening/morning walk. Close to many restaurants as well. Hotel was extremely tidy, beds were comfy and breakfast was amazing - with a view! ”

”Nice facility. Well situated for Yale Medical facilities, but also walkable to food options closer to Yale’s main campus. It was a hike on foot to Union Station, but easy by car. The room was clean and well designed. The stand-out for me was the fitness facility. Not only was the space large, but the range of equipment was considerably better than average. Extra credit to whoever is responsible for that! If there’s a “but”, although you can make coffee in your room, you will pay for it in...

”Rooms were not cleaned at all. Floors were filthy and sticky. The pull out couch mattress had very questionable stains all over it. The bed had hair and stains under the covers. The restroom floor was dirty and had hair. The only good thing was they changed out our towels daily. Breakfast was decent. Motorcycles were extremely loud at nights”

”Nothing out of the ordinary for the price the other only thing is the room I stayed in once u took a shower everything leaked out and it can be a hazard to trip although I called front desk it seemed like nobody helped out but it’s alright .”

”There were pros and cons with the Mayflower...I had to be in Queens NYC at 6am, it was very easy to find off rt.95 in Milford...I arrived at midnight, but no issues checking in, the front desk guy was cool, great sense of humor...had to pay $4 dep for the old school key, no biggie. Room was fine, very dated, but the bed was comfortable with an old-school comforter...pillows need an upgrade tho...bathroom was very clean, shower was good, nice heat and pressure was good...had a nice fridge and...
