”The stay here was horrible. Watching TV here is very limited as they do not have smart TVs. The second day here, the elevators did not work and was forced to take the stairs in which there were no lights and had to use my phone light to guide my way down stairs. There was also no running in the entire hotel water during my stay, and towards the end of the day (a 90 degree weather day) the air conditioning in the hotel. No sorry for staff, no accommodations. ”The hotel is pet friendy which is great. But on their website they dont tell you that there is a non refundable pet charge. I can see not getting it back if the pet damages the room with pet hair from shedding, or pet smell, or pet messes. But my pet doesnt shed, is trained and left no damage. In that case i believe you should get the 70 pet charge returned. The same as if adults dont damage a room, the fee is returned.”

Returned to front desk, explained situation and asked for another room. Not available. Asked for any kind of room. Not possible. Asked for cleaning staff, some spray, anything. Not available. Asked front desk lady to call someone to find spray or cleaning staff or manager or whatever. She said she didn't have any...
