Terrible!!! I’ll never stay here again!
Rooms were spacious and very nice but that’s the only good thing I have to say about the place. To start, upon checking in and got to our room we noticed that the toilet was clogged before even using it. Waited for about 30 min for someone to fix it, they arrived with a plunger but couldn’t fix it so I requested a new room as I had dinner reservation in an hour. We got our new room and left for a few hours. Upon returning, we found about a dozen kids roaming the halls unsupervised. I dealt with it until midnight at which point I called the front desk to let them know. They said they were sending security. It didn’t stop, I had to call 2 more times to have the kids removed from the halls. It started again at 4am at which point I gave up and buried my head in pillows to get some sleep.
Upon check out, I went to put my luggage in my car and noticed a scratch down the side of it. I parked my car deliberately in a spot where there was not a “legal” parking spot next to it. That didn’t matter. A car was parked in the spot illegally, as well as 5 other cars parked in the fire lane. I let the hotel management know but they didn’t seem to care.
Don’t stay here, don’t be deceived by the nice rooms, the stay was a disaster!
