”Parking and breakfast is great..”

”Huoneisto oli todella tilava ja siisti, henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, lähellä kahtakin metroasemaa.”

”Really appreciated the 24 hour manned reception as well as the very close location to the train station and a grocery store right on the next corner. Very nice room and amenities. Would stay again.”

”Convenient location for nice visit to Turin, with good transportation connections and restaurants nears. A bit noisy location, but did not harm that much, e.g. sleeping. ”

”Everything was great. Room was clean and the staff were helpfull. Nothing to complain.”

”Camera pulita, struttura un po' vecchiotta (che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata)”

”Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room and bathroom.”

”Bathroom was terrible and dirty. The hotel is located in the middle of parking area, surrounded by abandoned houses. Would not recommend staying in this hotel!”

”Ottimo albergo”

”The staff were amazing, a complementary breakfast, room was clean and charming - great value and easy tram access to Torino’s many attractions. Beautiful city, a warm welcome at reception and fabulous, affordable accommodation at Hotel Universo.”

”Location: we walked to the center and back each day without any problems. It was very nice to walk through the parks. For those who don't want to walk there a bus stops just next to the hotel and drives to the city center. Rooms: very quiet rooms, no noice from the street or other rooms. The service was excellent, wi-fi worked without problems which was great, breakfast was very, very good. Swimming pool offers an opportunity to relax.”

”This is a decent and really price-worthy hotel, although it may have seen its better days. It gives you the impression of a local, authentic Italian hotel. The Lingotto shopping center is at a walking distance, a nice walk along the massive, arc-like bridge over the railway. Everything worked just fine and the stay was pleasent. To get further downtown, take a bus or catch the subway at Lingotto. A taxi may cost you 10 euros or so.”

”Staff were helpful and kind”

”Nice hotel worth the price, quite far away from the town centre.”
