Recently modernised to very a high specification, offering a large airy open plan living and dining space. The renovations are very modern with a splash of Caribbean colour. Large veranda with shade for relaxed outdoor dining.
3 spacious bedrooms and three luxury bathrooms. Secluded peaceful garden.
Walking distance to Jolly Beach, restaurants around the marina and the supermarket. Cable TV, Broadband, dishwasher. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has large ceiling fans inside and out.

The property is really nice and feels like home away from home. The supermarket and beach is in walking distance. One does have to be careful as there are no sidewalks and cars are whizzing by. The furniture in the living re. Sofa and daybed are old. The daybed you can feel the springs. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The beds in the bedroom were comfortable and it was so convenient 3 bathrooms for 4 women a plus. The grounds are well maintained and the pool was clean. The main issue for me was there was no correspondence from the host until I got to the island.Check in was at 4:00pm and I received an instant message at 4:03 asking for my phone number so I can get the check in info. Thank God I have an international phone plan and was able to access my emails. The customer service thereafter was top tier. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is ideally situated close to local supermarket and independent restaurants.Jolly Harbour is being developed hugely and everything looks very positive for tourists.The property is a good size and the kitchen/living area is stunning. Obviously Antigua is ideal for outdoor living and the pool area and seating is an advantage.We managed to find the majority of attractions and were guided by the locals.Beaches in the area are stunning.The accommodation comes fully equipped and there were pool towels available too.

Everything was amazing the villa was beautiful and clean, had everything you needed, pots, pans, utensils and so much more, the host was great, Tina the owner communicated exceptionally well. The only thing I would suggest is more sun beds as it is 6 bed, there was only 4 of us but only 2 sun beds, other than that everything was perfect.

Convenient, Spacious, and Perfect for Our Family Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa while having some work done on our sailboat. The location was perfect—just a short golf cart ride (or an easy walk) to both the marina and the grocery store, making it incredibly convenient for our family.Our boys absolutely loved the pool, and it was the perfect way to cool off in the afternoons. I especially enjoyed lounging on the sun deck, soaking up the Caribbean breeze. The villa was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of six. Having a washing machine and a clothesline was a great bonus—our clothes dried quickly in the warm island sun.The mattresses were a bit firm for our liking, and the road nearby could be a little noisy at times, but it wasn’t enough to disturb our sleep.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and our kids didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this villa for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Very good.

The property suited us very nicely. It was clean and well equipped. There was some road noise but to be honest, it didn’t bother us at night, which is the important thing.The only problem we had was mosquitoes. It’s essential to spray the house before going to bed if you don’t want to be bitten and sitting outside in the evening you need to apply a topical repellent.However, these small niggles did not spoil our enjoyment and we would recommend the property.Tina was eminently contactable for queries.

Excellent Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our vacation, within walking distance of the grocery store which was stocked with everything you need including a great selection of wines and liquors. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and appliances to prepare meals to happy hour! The agent, Loura was so helpful and friendly making us feel at home and accommodating us with whatever we needed. Thank you Loura! Can’t say enough from the owner to the agent, to the pool man to our driver which was arranged for us by Loura. I would say this charming “green house” is a perfect place to stay in Jolly Harbor.

Cozy and Comfortable

Wonderful property. The HUGE island in the open plan living space was the highlight of the property, which offer easy access to food, entertainment and beaches. The property was more than worth the price and the group was happy with our stay.

Great economical option for Antigua

Pros: -Central location: Jolly beach, market, restaurants; short drive to several popular tourist spots - onsite property manager was great, helpful with information, and responsive - golf cart available for extremely reasonable price (and recommended, the walk to the beach is a little longer than expected and there isnt a lot of space for pedestrians to safely walk) - we secured our own transportation but the property manager had a taxi driver available -pool on the property was great -fridge was stocked with a few waters, juice and snacks cons: - generally the house was clean, but the property could benefit from a deep cleaning (ceiling fans, floorboards, floors, grout, walls) - there was a lot of road traffic and noise because it is on the main road to jolly -mattresses are very firm and could feel the springs in one of the bedrooms -water pressure in the master shower wasnt great, and the bathroom drains were very clogged, someone had to come out and clean them...sounded like this should be done more frequently -we werent told wed need to purchase toilet paper, 2 of the bathrooms started out with less than half a roll, we used the 3rd until we could get to the store the next morning, just would have been nice to know in advance to get some the first time we went to the store -wifi signal in the main bedroom wasnt great overall id recommend it for the price (~330/nt) especially for the pool, location and great helpful local property manager

Lovely villa with all amenities - close to shops and bars. We hired a car an enjoyed visiting other parts of the island. Jolly beach lovely as is hermitage bay.

The house is in a great location in Jolly Harbour within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the grocery but there were a couple issues with the property: 1. While there is a washing machine, there is no clothes dryer so we had to hang our towels on a line to be air dried. Of course when it rains (which it did) you have no towels for the next day. Seems non-sensical that you put so much effort into providing a good house but you decide not to invest in a dryer. 2. The water pressure in the master bath was waaay to low and made showering there very difficult...should be a minor plumbing issue. 3. The house has general wear and tear issues that need to be addressed.

Wonderful Two Weeks in Jolly Harbour

We've just come back from a wonderful two weeks staying in this villa in Jolly Harbour and would very happily jump on a plane and go straight back! The villa is really nice - 3 big bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), 2 ensuite bathrooms plus an additional bathroom, and a huge kitchen/living room with every appliance you need. The outside is great too - a lovely garden with fruit trees, surrounding a large deck with plenty of room for eating, sunbathing and splashing about in the pool. We really appreciated the extra touches - lots of towels provided (for both bathroom and beach), a cool box, Wi-Fi and beach chairs that we took with us most days. It was very easy to communicate with the property managers via What's App. We wanted somewhere mid-island on the west coast, and this villa was perfect for that. St. John's is 20 minutes drive north, and English Harbour is about 40 minutes drive south. We didn't want to be in a big, soulless resort but did want restaurants/bars to walk to, and there are plenty around the villa - we visited 7 different places to eat, and there were others in Jolly Harbour which weren't open during our stay (as June/July is low season - not sure why, weather was fantastic!). Our favourite was Sandra's, right on Jolly Beach - a perfect place to watch the sun go down. We visited loads of great beaches, went round the island by catamaran, did Shirley Heights sundown party twice, and did a round-island safari. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday.

So great!

Our family of four (including two 15 year olds) spent the week at this lovely villa - thanks Tina and your team. Walking distance to a great grocery store + local beach, and less than five minutes to the amazing beaches at Coco Beach and Darkwoods. The pool was great for cooling down, kitchen very well equipped. We'd stay there again for sure!
