”Covid19 kriisin aikana hieman rasittavaa kun pitää varata jokainen ruokailu etukäteen. Myös palveluita ja ruokia hieman karsittu. Hyvä pääuima-allas alue. Yleisesti kuitenkin positiivinen kokemus ja erityiskiitos Allasbaarin ja Kreikkaisen alacarte ravintolan henkilökunnalle. Loustavaa palvelua. ”

”The staff were super friendly and welcoming and there were great amenities, but there were general maintenance issues which let the 5* rating down e.g., air con unit and room phone were faulty when we arrived and there were chunks of glass/breakages on some of the furniture in our room (coffee table and kitchen cabinet drawers). Overall service in the restaurants was good but on some occasions we had to follow up with the staff on the whereabouts of our food and drinks after waiting a fair...

”We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a pool. Amazing location, good restaurants. Had lots of fun in our proprietary chat with Nina, Peggy and Chris. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend! Will come back again with the family.
Was also very impressed with the kids club, sandbox and kids sun loungers. This hotel works for friend and family vacations! ”
