”Staff were friendly & efficient. Parking was safe & well lighted. Public and room areas were very clean and odor free. Beds were very comfortable. I was surprised, though, that I was charged a security fee to my card, but was shown no receipt to show the charge or its refund.”

”What a delightful stay my fiancé and I had at Robinsong b&b. The hosts were incredible - very accommodating, quick to respond, lovely to chat with, and incredible chefs! We could not believe how delicious our breakfast was in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this b&b for anyone looking to stay in the area.”

”Horrible stay. Got a king suite and pull out bed. Pull out bed didn’t have any sheets, had to ask but then the duvet had blood stain. Got a new duvet and had to put it into the cover but the cover had hair inside. Fast forward to third day and then we ended up with an ant infestation, ants migrating through baseboards and carpet. ”Breakfast was decent and free parking is nice. The lobby is great, and pool amenities. Staff are very nice. However, this hotel is outdated. The rooms, hallways smells. The washrooms and elevators are small and need to be maintained. Location is perfect but overall I think it’s over priced for the comfort and cleanliness it offers.”

”Hotel was clean but dated. The power outlets in the room did not work. The front desk advised that there was nobody available to fix the issue and that there were no rooms available to move us to. The TV controller worked but was split in half. The shampoo was empty in the shower.”

”The room was a place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable enough, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The clerk was pleasant. It was a no frills stay and that’s fine for the price. Only thing that might bother some is the a/c was noisy. It didn’t bother me.”

”I am disappointed with my recent stay. The room did not match the photos shown online, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The wash basin had yellow stains, and the couch bedsheet had visible stains and marks. I have photographs of these issues and can provide them if required. Given the poor condition of the room and the difference between the advertised and actual accommodation, I believe the stay did not provide value for money.”
