Karavaanialueet – Jordania

”Hotel is on very bad condition, rooms are old, badly equipped, the jacuzzi is oversold. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel at this point until they finish the renovations which apparently they are doing. The room was uncomfortable.. the level of the furniture is like a hostel in Europe. In addition you’re in the middle of the desert and have to pay for every water, soft drink et. If it’s half board include the drinks! Food was also pretty average I would say.. and there is no alcohol....

”Once you figure out your way to the parking lot the experience is one of a kind! The pods are a unique way of spending a night in the desert. During winter season is recommended though to have enough clothing cause it’s very cold in the desert. The dinner buffet and the morning buffet are ok, the selection is somewhat limited I guess due to the secluded location of the place. The service was very kind and they did a lot to make you feel comfortable. The desert safari is a recommended activity....

”Service average. Very limited facilities. ”

”Service was phenomenal. They offer activities and dinner through the hotel. Mohammed was our driver for the jeep tour and he was super friendly and funny. Hussan was very welcoming and helpful. Overall an amazing place to stay with friendly staff. Rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been , but it was still spectacular with great views. ”

”Egyedi a hely fekvése. ”

”Nice eco park. Near dam and waterfalls. Need car transportation. Best time to visit between Jan to April ”

”The check in process took a little longer than I expected. Overall the stay was Ok but not super. The food was mediocre and on the expensive side, especially dinner.”

”That was one of the worst nights I ever spent in a camp. The room was smelly, and they refused to change it even when I offered to pay, instead they provided an air perfume which didn't help much TBH. And the dinner was awful, options were poor and taste bad, specially the main dish, Zarb! This night ruined our trip!”

”We loved our stay at this beautiful camp operated by great people. We felt comfortable, safe, well taken care of. All good! Wadi Rum is also an amazing place to see. It is like travelling to Mars.”

”The rooms need maintenance, it looked very old. Our closet wasn’t working, the doors were broken. We got that room to see the sky at night and it was very hold to roll the curtains as thy were old and not working properly. The bathroom smelled like sewer. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”Very nice and friendly staff, especially camp manager Mustafa ”

The phone number they gave me did not work. They never sent me the correct address of the supposed place. They never responded to my concerns. I demand my money back.”
