”I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough if you want a peaceful, very comfortable accommodation. The B&B was gorgeous, the bedroom & en-suite were wonderful and the hand made breakfast made by the host Juliette was so delicious. The location is such that you need a car but I think if you are travelling around the beautiful island of Vancouver you would have one anyway.”

The charm was a little diminished by the Quality Inn approach to cutting as many corners as possible with in room amenities (toilet paper and tissue paper shouldn’t be single ply sandpaper). ”Room was perfect for our needs, nice and quiet, and super blackout curtains!
The only suggestion is the rooms need better wall plugs or heavier duty power bars. It was hard to find an outlet to plug in the kettle or cell phone. The supplied charger unit doesn’t fit all phones🙂

”An old Victorian house remodelled into a 5 room guesthouse with original fir floors and woodwork. We were in the smallest of the rooms - room 4. A bit tight quarters but fine for our 1 night stay. It had a double bed whose mattress needed replacing - for 1 person it liked be fine but for 2 - the 2nd person kept rolling into the center. We told the new manager and he was great about accepting the feedback. Great staff, a pub/restaurant on site, we’d stay again but in a bigger room with hopefully...
