”Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay,...

”Location is amazing. So nice to be a few steps from Jungle Cafe! Pool and beach have great set ups. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Kitchen had cooking necessities. ”The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”

"We were promised a suite with a sea view, a balcony overlooking the sea, and a jacuzzi, which we did get, but the room was on the ground floor next to the pool, meaning that everyone in the pool could see straight into it. This was not mentioned when booking. The balcony door could barely be closed, so anyone could have walked in if they wanted to. The room was basically clean, but worn out, the furniture was dirty from use, and the appliances were old. There was no soundproofing, so all the noises from the neighboring rooms and hallways could be heard and kept us awake. Draining the bathtub upstairs sounded like an airplane. "
