”Came many times to Cancun but stayed at other hotels. Guarantee to say that Hyatt Ziva is the best resort for family in Hotel Zone. Nice and friendly staffs, always smile greeting with guests. All the restaurants offer great options and tasty food, also each restaurant has their own special drink menu. Beach is right in front and back of the hotel. No big waves there, so can see some fishes swim around. ”

”They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They welcomed us with a refreshing cucumber lemonade. Ezequiel lobby bartender, Manuel waitrer from Asiana restaurant,Jose (el capitan) and the manager from the luggage which I don't remember his name they were attentive, courteous and always ready to help. The room was spacious, bright and had everything we need it. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The property looked luxurious and with amazing views to Isla conzumel. ”
