Most Importantly what was not disclosed nor included in the lease agreement is that the Host REQUIRES the thermostats to be set to 71. 6 F and has them locked with signs to not touch them leaving you with no climate control. ...

”The property doesn't respond to repair issues. One short text would have been appreciated. This property is not currently handicapped equipped. There is construction that has closed the elevator to access the pool, beach and restaurant. ”

”Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here.”

”The sargassum was terrible. The beach in pictures for royale are not the beach that is there. They just push to sell you a timeshare. Cater to members over non members. Property needs some maintenance which they seem to be doing some while we were there.”

”the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”
