”The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. We also did not get any spare towels and so we had to do our own laundry (one out of 2 washers worked, no dryer) and it was quite...

”When arriving to Kuun Taak, we got our walk-thru and I really liked what I saw. The property is very beautiful and has a second floor since we booked the family section with two bedrooms, private hot tub and a private pool. The hot tub on the second floor still had leaves in it. This was a huge disappointment since I was looking forward to the hot tub after a long trip..but I digress and I didn't make a big deal at the time. I was told that if I make a request that the hot tub would be prepared....

”We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !”

”View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. Gym is basic but sufficient - a couple treadmills, a couple bikes, and a rack of dumbbells. Garage is tight! If you have anything larger than a VW Jetta, don’t...

Jean assisted in arranging transportation Cancun to Playa and return. With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms the setup was perfect for us. The suite was clean and all amenities as expected. ”My husband and I stayed for three wonderful nights. The condo was well-equipped. Although we did not really cook, it appeared to have everything needed should you choose to cook. The water supply and ability to make ice was a definite plus. We also appreciated the variety of games. The seaweed was expected, but not a problem for us. The water shoes that were supplied made it easy to get passed it and over the rocks to enjoy the beautiful clear water! Although a bit snug for my husband's size...

”The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light. The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all.”

”Hyvää hotellissa on sen sijainti meren rannalla Playa del Carmenin keskustassa ja ystävällinen ilmapiiri. Parasta on oma terassi, jossa on riippumatto ja näkymä merelle. Huoneen keittonurkkaus oli toimiva ja huone nätti ja siisti. Iso pettymys oli uima-allas, jossa ei käytännössä voi uida, sillä vesi on jääkylmää. Huone, jossa aluksi olin (309), oli hotellin ilmastointilaitteen alla, ja melu oli valtava; sänky ja koko huone tärisi kun kone käynnistyi. Viikonloppuisin läheisestä yökerhosta kuului...

”We stayed at the cheapest room with fan. It was clean and big, fan was fine, shower was hot. Pool area is very nice. Wifi works at pool, not inside room. Good central location and just very friendly service alltogether. Recommended!”
