”The property is exactly as advertised. It is a bargain for its location, just 3 blocks from 5th Avenue and from the beach in the very nice and modern Colonia Zazhil-Ha. There are some very nice outdoor spaces, a plunge pool, and the room is well appointed comfortable. There’s a Roku TV, a coffeemaker, refrigerator, hot plate, breakfast bar, AC, even a book shelf with books. when you’re in Playa, you probably won’t spend much time in your room, but it’s nice to have a comfy, affordable option...

”The place is a little sketchy but worked for a one night stay pinch. I like a firm bed…… this bed was like concrete! Don’t try to use the bathroom for real because you can’t flush the paper. Although if you’re looking for a super cheap getaway, I’d still look elsewhere UNLESS they change their beds. You can always walk to the mall to use those bathrooms so you can actually flush. Room 2 star Team 4 star”

”It is our first time on Isla Mujeres and we stayed here for 5 nights. All of the staff were wonderful and kind. Our room (standard room #4) was large, bright, and clean! Unfortunately the bed was a quite hard and I would not want to have slept on it longer than we did. It was also incredibly loud with people passing by on their scooters and golf carts, but only from around 9am to 9pm. The rooftop view was stunning, and I appreciated the 12-15 minute walk into town along the seawall. All in all...

”Todo genial! Desde la recepción con Laura que nos atendió de maravilla, el lugar es cómodo, tiene una pequeña piscina, la habitación tenía refri, micro, una parrilla, trates, super bien! Lo único y es una cosa mínima es que la regadera no salía mucha agua y la que salía mojaba todo menos a mí, pero se soluciona fácil. Está un poquito retirado del centro pero tiene cerca dos supermercados. Personalmente amé el lugar. P.D. la aplicación no me dejó agregar fotos 😕”

”I loved this place! We had a spacious room with direct access to the pool and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also really good with quite a few options. You can borrow bikes for free and it is indeed the best way to explore Tulum. Cenotes, beaches and the Mayan ruins are only 15-20 min by bike. ”

”Room was ok, really big, and there was nice kitchen. Room was clean when we arrived. Hotel have also nice rooftop pool area. But the room is most noyciest room ever! Its located just next to Carmens biggest and loudest bar area. We are a young couple, who also like to party sometimes, but at this place you just can't sleep before they stop partying 2am. And then 6:30 there is a diving center just in front of your room and they start to prepairing their trips and you will wake again. Room...

”The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....

”It was great! Nice king bed and spacious room! Only issue I didn’t like was the entrance, you have to enter through a tequila shop and after hours late at night, you just have to hope the security guard is there to let you in. I didn’t have an issue during my stay, but I prefer knowing I can come and go as I please whenever with a hotel that has a 24/7 front desk.”

”Upea hiekkaranta! Hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen palvelu. Olin jo toista kertaa hotellissa ja he laittoivat meidät ihan samaan huoneeseen kuin viisi vuotta sitten, vaikka toivoin muuta. Parvekkeelta näköala naapurihotellin parkkihalliin. Huoneet isot, mutta vähän kuluneet. Hyvät sängyt.”

”Hyvää hotellissa on sen sijainti meren rannalla Playa del Carmenin keskustassa ja ystävällinen ilmapiiri. Parasta on oma terassi, jossa on riippumatto ja näkymä merelle. Huoneen keittonurkkaus oli toimiva ja huone nätti ja siisti. Iso pettymys oli uima-allas, jossa ei käytännössä voi uida, sillä vesi on jääkylmää. Huone, jossa aluksi olin (309), oli hotellin ilmastointilaitteen alla, ja melu oli valtava; sänky ja koko huone tärisi kun kone käynnistyi. Viikonloppuisin läheisestä yökerhosta kuului...
